Cereals - Simple Granola, Maple Granola

Simple Granola
Ingredients:
- 
10 cups Regular Rolled Oats
 - 
10 cups Quick Rolled Oats
 - 
1 Tb. Salt
 - 
2 cups Sweetener, honey, maple syrup, barley malt etc
 - 
1 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
 - 
1/4 cup Maple Flavor
 - 
1/4 cup Vanilla Flavor
 - 
1 cup Water
 
Instructions:
- 
Place the first three ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Form a well in the middle and add the liquid ingredients.
 - 
Mix well until there are no dry parts.
 - 
Set it aside to stand for 10 minutes. Spread the granola out on some cookie sheets no more than 1/2” thick.
 - 
Bake at 250˚F for 30 minutes. Lower the temperature to 200˚F and bake till crisp and dry. Store in an air tight container.
 
Maple Granola
Ingredients:
- 
1 cup Cashews
 - 
1 cup Water
 - 
4 cups Dates
 - 
3 cups Hot Water
 - 
1/4 cup Tahini, Nut Butter or Oil
 - 
1 cup Honey or other sweetener
 - 
2 Tb. Vanilla
 - 
1/4 cup Maple Flavor
 - 
1 Tb. Salt
 - 
16 cups Regular Rolled Oats
 - 
8 cups Quick Rolled Oats
 - 
1 cup Coconut
 - 
1/2 cup Walnut Pieces
 - 
1/2 cup Almonds
 - 
1/2 cup Hazelnuts
 - 
1/2 cup Brazil nuts
 
Instructions:
- 
Blend the first two ingredients in a blender on high till milky.
 - 
In a food processor blend the dates and water into a paste.
 - 
Add the other ingredients and cashew milk and process.
 
- 
In a large bowl place all the dry ingredients and mix well.
 - 
Form a well in themiddle and add the liquid ingredients.
 - 
Mix till all is combined.
 - 
Let the granola stand for 10 minutes. Spread it on baking trays not more than 1/2” thick and bake at 250˚F for 30minutes.
 - 
Lower the temperature to 200˚F and bake till crisp and dry.
